if I remember right, the Art Institute has one of his cat paintings, much like this one. kind of crazy how much “real” movement the cat makes in the painting, without there being any “actual” movement at all. I remember thinking, “that’s genius.”
I still may post on that yellow cat licking her fur, but I haven’t quite figured out how to make the subject of “hairballs” engaging or philosophically interesting. Thoughts anyone?
